At the request of a chemical plant in Dalian, a water cutting system unique technical means were used to cut a rectangular shape of 4 meters long 2.5 meters wide on the side of the tank filled with hydrogen sulfide, in order to treat residual chemical substances inside. Due to the fact that hydrogen sulfide is a flammable hazardous chemical, it can cause combustion explosion when exposed to open flames or high heat energy. Therefore, during the cutting process, no open flames or sparks should be generated, there should be no significant temperature changes.
In order to ensure safe cutting, our staff conducted an inspection of the on-site environment negotiated with the chemical plant, decided to use our company's specially designed tooling to assist in cutting. After intense construction, the cutting task was successfully completed, after the cutting was completed, it was transported transferred by a dedicated engineering vehicle.
